  My first time trying Pilates and Polly was an amazing instructor. She was very welcoming, willing to help and explained all postures and exercises so well. Also loved the studio, everything is very individual (which I love), clean and well lit. Would definitely be going back again. Thanks Polly!

  Range Reformer is what i have been wishing for since 2018 when i moved to Stratford. It s a small clean studio (6 beds) with friendly and skilled instructions (i have been the classes of Polly and Lisa who both are amazing). Great pilates sessions.

  I have been going for a few months now. The studio is clean, comfortable and has everything people could need.

The trainers and owner are amazing, they always go above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. Very easy system to sign up and book classes.

  Super clean and modern Reformer Pilates studio, with fantastic coaches that are both professional and fun. Any levels are welcome and the coaches always adapt the exercises for all the levels. I’m completely addicted!

  When "Range reformer" is mentioned, the first words that come to my mind are quality reformer education, expert instructors, new equipment, and a very clean environment. Finding all of these together is usually difficult. Morning and evening class hours are suitable for those with a working life. Our instructors, Ban and Lisa, pay individual attention to us to ensure that we perform movements correctly and effectively in our classes. Their smiles and friendships are priceless.   Completely new to reformer and was initially a bit anxious but Ban and Lisa have been amazing teachers and I absolutely love coming now! The studio is spacious, clean and aesthetically gorgeous, going to convince everyone I know to join :)

  Brand new studio with top-notch clean equipment. Attending classes here with Lisa makes my day. It's the perfect way to relax and move my body after working from home all day. Would definitely recommend it!
