Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Company reserves the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms and Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or suitable for the regulation of the governance of the Studio and the conduct of Members.

Any such changes will be published on our websites and, until revoked, are binding on Members. 

For the purpose of these terms and conditions a Member is anyone who has signed a Registration/Waiver form. 

Bookings and cancellations 

If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the start of class to ensure your purchased session is returned to your account. You can manage all your class bookings through the MindBody app, or by getting in touch via email at hey@rangereformer.com. You will not be refunded for missed classes and may have booking rights restricted if you miss 3 consecutive booked classes. 

Un-used, unexpired, or expired pre-paid single sessions and memberships (including special & Introductory offers) are non-refundable. Pre-paid single sessions that have been activated and in use are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled with 1 Months notice.

Range Reformer will not take responsibility for the incorrect use of any purchases (including sessions and memberships) made by a Member, resulting in unused and expired classes.

Injury/Illness which may affect the use of any purchased sessions can only be extended and not refunded. Extensions on purchased sessions will only be permitted at managements discretion with supporting written confirmation required of such illness/injury where a medical professional has confirmed the member is not physically fit to attend class for a period of time. Requests to extend purchased sessions due to Injury/Illness must be sent to hey@rangereformer.com before their expiration and at the beginning of the diagnosis.

Introductory offers cannot be purchased if you have previously booked and attended a single class or have used an introductory offer in the past. 

Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for classes, sessions, monthly subscription fees and annual payments are made non-refundable/non-transferrable unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Promotion codes and offers

Promotion codes, discounts and offers may be advertised to Member’s by Range Reformer from time to time. Promotion codes used on memberships or subscriptions are only valid for the first month, after which standard rates apply. The company reserves the right to cancel any promotion codes or offer at any time. Purchases made using promotion codes are non refundable and subject to these Terms & Conditions. 

Retail refund policy

Yoga socks may be returned within 30 days for either a refund or exchange and will only be accepted if unopened and in their original packaging. Packaging must not be damaged or torn. Refunds will only be granted with valid proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 30 working days.

Studio opening 

Our class schedule will be published on our website and official booking systems. Classes may be subject to change due to holiday periods i.e., Bank holidays, summer holidays, Christmas holidays and general changes to studio timetable. 

It is your responsibility to only attend if you have a scheduled class booking. 

Use of facilities 

It is advised that you obtain approval from a GP or consultant before engaging in any activity at Range Reformer. If you have been advised by a GP or other health care professional of any medical condition which would prevent you from participating safely (including any medical procedure and/or cosmetic surgery) you will be doing so at your own risk and Range Reformer will not be liable for any injury that may be caused.

Members with low/high blood pressure and cardiac irregularities should not attend any classes at Range Reformer. 

It is your responsibility to make the trainer aware of any health conditions, injury or prescribed medication that you are taking prior to participating in a class. By participating in any activity at Range Reformer, you will be asked to complete the physical activities unless symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or similar occurrences appear. At that point, it is your complete responsibility to stop the exercise immediately and inform the trainer of your symptoms. 

By confirming any bookings you acknowledge that you have been so advised and agree to inform the trainer of any symptoms, should any develop and understand that during the performance of exercise, the trainer will periodically monitor your performance which may include: assessing my feelings of exertion for the purposes of monitoring my progress. The trainer may reduce or stop you from exercising when any of these findings so indicate that this should be done for your safety and benefit. 

The Reformer machines and all other equipment in the studio will be instructed by experienced teachers/instructors. Please respect the equipment and if you have any uncertainties on the use, please notify the instructor immediately. 

During the class, physical touching, and positioning of your body by the trainer may be necessary to assess muscular and bodily reactions to specific exercise, as well as ensure that you are using the proper technique and body alignment. By agreeing to these terms conditions, you expressly consent to the physical contact for the stated reasons above.

A Member that is between the age of 16-18yrs must be always accompanied by an adult. Range Reformer reserves the right of refusal for any minor to practice. 

Range reformer reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio following misuse of facilities by a Member.

Personal belongings 

Personal belongings are brought to the studio premises at the Member’s risk and the Range Reformer does not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.  Members are advised to place valuable items in the lockers provided in the studio. Members are also encouraged to bring their own padlock to keep items secure. 

Safety & hygiene

Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and Members must not interfere with these doors for any reason.

In the event of a fire, Members are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit, following the advice of the fire Marshall onsite. 

You must not walk around the studio barefoot if you have verrucae or similar foot complaints.

No pets (unless guide dogs) are permitted in the studio/studio’s buildings or grounds.

All reformers will be thoroughly cleaned between each class. Each reformer machine will have their own designated training area with training equipment for you to use during class and cleaning materials can be found at the cleaning station. 

Please ensure to use hand sanitisers provided prior to using any of the studio equipment. 

Use of phones/Media

 

Any Members taking photos in the studio may do so but are to be mindful of others. Members should seek verbal consent before filming or taking photos. 

No photographs are to be taken by Members for the duration of any class
